What can you advise me in renting my time share weeks?
A company contact me about rent my time share week on an Orlando Florida Resort, I am concerned about being scammed because they explain I have to paid an insurance fees in order to cover any damages when the property is rented. Please help me out … I dont want to miss anything. Please help me… Thanks in advance!
You shouldn’t have to pay an insurance fee, especially upfront. To be sure call the resort or read your timeshare contract on the renting procedures.
If you want to rent your timeshare, go with known companies that can advertise for you like redweek.com, sellmytimesharenow.com, and tstoday.com. You’ll pay a small listing fee and perhaps a membership fee, but you’ll get loads of advice on those sites as well as people looking to rent.
