I’ve been on almost eveery website for cheap prices for carribean cruises on the norwegian gem, can’t find any descent prices. I need more results. Can anyone help me?

we have 2 boats for sale and have had no luck using ads in the papers, signs posted and flyers with pictures hung up at different stores…one boat is a 1997 stratos, 20ft, single console, ez loader trailor, has depth finder and fish finder, also has a 65 lb thrust trolling motor, and two new batteries. the other boat is a dock house sits on table rock lake sleeps 4, has hot water tank for shower, comes with ac/heat, port a potty, completely furnished with all kitchen supplies and linens. 30 minutes from branson, missouri……both boats are in excellent condition….we are selling due to were moving and can’t take them with us…..i would appreciate any help with web sits that you can use for free and allows photos.

I need to know the best deep snow skis, because now is the time to buy. I am going into heli skiing, at Whistler, and would like to know the best ski for the deep snow, and regular trails.

Check with your heli outfit. Most provide suitable skis for there clients.

There are more and more organizations popping up offering "volunteer vacations" where one goes and volunteers their time and skills in usually a foreign country. Aside from Habitat for Humanity or Doctor’s Without Borders, I would very much like to know anyone’s experiences with organizations like those. I get the sense that these "programs" are no better than one going out there on their own and spending less money for the same or better benefit of the particular community. In mind I have particular organizations that are bad at organizing any volunteer work and worse at providing adequate funding. I just would like to know if there are people with first hand experience who truly believe that the organizations they vacationed with were very beneficial.

When hurricane Katrina wiped out New Orleans,i Voulenteered My help for the first time in my life with The RED CROSS.At our breifing and first meeting here in California about travel and otherthings,We were told That The Red Cross Required each voulenteer had a Valid Drivers Lisence. At the time I only had my valid Ca.State I.D.
We were told we would recieve a VISA Debit Card For each voulenteer with the amount of $800 dollars for food or whatever we wanted…One Of the Guys that Had been with the RED CROSS said " You dont have to use the card ,You can take out the cash at an atm when you arrive back home and just say u used it in New Orleans.That,I thought was wrong. he also said" we usually get together for drinks so save some of your money for partying. Again,I thought "well ,thats wrong." And I was told that each voulenteer needed a valid Drivers Lisence because we all get a rental Car. Again, Wrong. I wasnt able to go because of my driving status but thought to myself later "No one is using cars ,its flooded,also where was anyone going to party when this big disaster was unfolding and people needed help?
I then realized after my anger subsided that The Red Cross was a joke and was really mis-managing Funds. People around the world were pouring in with Donations and The R.C. was buying VISA CARDS w/$800 each for each volunteer and rental cars. Here I was,A perfectly capable person to help with shelters,with giving out food, and moral support for the victims. I was angry and I told myself I will never donate any money to the Red Cross again.months later we all saw on the news how the Director of the Red Cross was held accountable for mis-management and mis handeling of funds. The Red Cross to me is a Racket with people using donations for comfartability and there amusement as they wished. So wrong!!!

Cruise lines sometimes decrease sales or offer promotions to last minute buyers which is good news for you! Holland America & Princess are two cruise lines that are HIGH quality and specialize in Alaskan sailing which offer deeply discounted rates, even $99 third and fourth guest rates. I would suggest going to the cruise lines websites and clicking on specials or hot deals etc. to see what is going on. vacations to Go.com offers a 90 day ticker and you can search for cruises even leaving this week. this is what comes to mind right offhand:

1. Lighten the load.
2. Weight distribution (optimal balance varies for different hull designs).
3. Lift as much of the boat and motor(s) out of the water as possible to reduce hydrodynamic drag.
4. Streamline the hull to reduce aerodynamic drag.
5. Avoid sharp corners to reduce electromagnetic signature.
6. Never travel upstream or against the wind.
7. Paint it red.

Ignore #5 through #7.

Umm. Not a good investment idea. THere are so many timeshare companies out there because they are money machines for those companies. Save your money and see about hotel deals…..

I want a tattoo that has something to do with my passion for skiing, but the traditional crossed skis look is a little too manly and plain. I want to find something a little more feminine, but I can’t find any sites just by searching on google for "skiing tattoos". Any help? Thanks!

wow. what IS up with that!? i barely get time off in my own job! i cant even get a week =|. i think this case would be very annoying if you had to do HER work while she is gone on vacation. my advice is to just try to look past it. its her own business. and if she keeps it up maybe she will get fired? ; ) heehee.
